Betqay Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between you and the betqay platform. By creating an account or using betqay, you agree to all of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using betqay.

Betqay operates in compliance with Bangladeshi and international law. This agreement applies only to individuals who are legally eligible to use such services. betqay reserves the right to refuse access to its platform or services to any individual at its discretion.

2. Account Register

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account at betqay. Accounts registered with false or fabricated details will be closed immediately, and any balance held may be forfeited.

• Each person may hold only one betqay account.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful and your own.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for your account.

3. Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account at betqay. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use betqay, and any account registered by a minor will be closed immediately.

Betqay conducts regular age verification checks. If a player is suspected of breaching the age requirement, their account may be suspended until valid documents are verified.

4. Deposit Policy

Depositing at betqay is entirely optional, and you may add as much BDT to your account as you choose. However, certain limits and rules apply.

• Every deposit must be made using your own funds.
• Depositing using another person's credit card or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are accepted via mobile banking, credit card, and debit card.
• Minimum deposit: BDT 100 and maximum deposit: BDT 50,000 per day.
• Deposits are typically processed within minutes.

5. Withdrawal Policy

You may withdraw any winnings or account balance at any time. However, certain conditions and a verification process must be followed.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Proof of identity and proof of address are required for your first withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 50 and maximum withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the original deposit.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betqay regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals to help players get more out of their experience. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is exclusive to new players and is available with the first deposit only.
• All bonuses come with wagering requirements that must be met.
• Bonuses can only be cancelled by contacting betqay directly.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days or they will expire.
• Bonuses cannot be used on certain games, and this is clearly stated with each offer.

7. Gaming Policy & Fair Play

• All game outcomes are completely random and are not influenced by any external factors.
• Any technical issue that occurs during gameplay is logged automatically.
• If a game disconnects unexpectedly, your stake is protected and can be reclaimed afterward.
• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is publicly displayed.

8. Prohibited Activities

Betqay strictly prohibits the following activities. Violations may result in permanent account closure.

• Account sharing or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or stolen information.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the betqay system.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes in collusion with other players.
• Initiating credit card chargebacks or filing fraudulent claims to extract funds.
• Abusive or harassing behavior toward other players or betqay staff.

11. Account Closure

12. Amendment of Terms
